Return shipping costs are 100% the responsibility of the customer, including international postage and any customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on the item is allowed, but wearing it for daily use is not.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted. This helps us keep sustainable shipping practices and ensure fair product handling.
2. Return Process
Please follow these steps to initiate your return:

You will receive the appropriate return address for our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or international shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace) to avoid lost parcels.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item arrives at our supplier’s facility and passes inspection, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of approval.

The amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Items that arrive damaged, used, or not in their original condition may be rejected or partially refunded depending on the assessment.
4. Liability

We are not responsible for lost return parcels when tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the return address you used.
